Justin Gherian
Au.D., Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Gherian earned a Doctor of Audiology degree from the Northeast Ohio AuD Consortium, a joint program of the University of Akron, Kent State University and the Cleveland Clinic; he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Toledo.
He spent a year of fellowship at a VA hospital in Cleveland before spending over 10 years at an Otolaryngology practice in Dover, OH. Dr. Gherian’s extensive medical background allowed him to now be an expert in treating both basic and advanced hearing loss conditions. He was solely responsible for the growth of the Audiology and hearing aid department, which saw record growth.
He is married and a father of 5. He also enjoys cycling and anything outdoors, traveling and home improvement.

Terri Runner
Office Manager
Terri Runner has been managing the needs of hearing care patients for more than 21 years. When she is not managing the Akron office and conducting routine hearing aid maintenance, she enjoys camping and entertaining family and friends in her home. She has been married for 32 years, and is the mother of three children and three grandchildren.
